Rental Process

Rental Requirements:

- Clean criminal background, no felonies or serious misdemeanors

-Good rental history- No evictions, broken leases or rental debt

-Verifiable rental references

- Verifiable Income ( at least 6 months)

-Individual gross monthly income must be   3 TIMES the amount of rent

We are not income based and we do not allow cosigners, guarantors or housing vouchers. 

Processing and Approval of Applications:

We will only process complete Applications. Submission of all required documents and payment of the fee constitutes a complete Application.  Once we have processed your Application(s), we will notify you whether you've been approved or disapproved.

If multiple parties are interested in a particular property, applications will be processed in the order received and the first qualified applicant(s) will be given the first opportunity to secure the property.

Securing the Rental Property and Signing of the Lease After Approved Application:

In order to secure the property you must make an appointment to sign the lease at our office and pay the security deposit and first months rent at the time of the signing. This payment must be paid with secured funds only ( Money order/cashiers check). You have 3 days after being notified by our office that you’ve been approved to sign the lease and pay deposit and first months rent. After 3 days has expired the property will be available to the next qualified applicants. NO EXCEPTIONS
